Psychologist • EFT Trainer • Polyvagal Institute Facilitator • Mindfulness Teacher • Mental Resilience Trainer
Od ponad 20 lat I have been accompanying people through processes of change — first in organisations, and over time increasingly closer to the person: jego emocji, ciała, relacji i tego, jak doświadcza siebie na co dzień.
For over 10 years I have been running Lemon Tree Coaching — a space where I support leaders, teams, and organisations in their development and in building more conscious and safe working environments.
It is precisely my meetings with people that taught me to look more broadly — beyond roles, expectations, and difficulties, toward what is true and important in a person.
One of the most important things my work with people has taught me is that lasting change rarely comes from pressure. It appears when a person can feel safe. When tension in the body gradually releases, more freedom, authenticity, creativity, and space for genuine connection emerges — with oneself and with others.
That is why for years I have been deepening my knowledge of nervous system functioning, the impact of stress and trauma on the body, and ways of supporting regulation and restoring inner balance.
I am deeply drawn to the perspective of Dr. Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory. I completed my certification at the Polyvagal Institute — an organisation dedicated to spreading knowledge about the nervous system, sense of safety, and emotional regulation. Today I facilitate groups during the Polyvagal Theory Course run in collaboration with the Polyvagal Institute.
I am currently completing a 4.5-year Integrative Psychotherapy Training and a 3-year Somatic Experiencing® training — an approach to trauma work based on nervous system regulation and body awareness. I completed the Mindfulness Teacher Training (MBSR – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and Breath and Neuroregulation Trainer Training.
I am also a certified MTQ Mental Resilience trainer — a research-based tool supporting the development of mental resilience, flexibility, and effective coping with challenges.
In my work I combine psychological knowledge with attentiveness to the body, emotions, and each person's individual pace. I create a space where you can feel safe enough to truly hear yourself.
